Product Warranty and Returns

Products carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified.

If a warranty situation exists, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. OEM products are not covered under warranty. Electronics items must be in their original factory-sealed packaging to qualify for return or warranty claim.  Products with broken or tampered seals are not eligible for return.  Our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from the use, misuse, improper installation, or inability to use our products.

Approved warranty items must be returned within 15 days of the reported defect date or RMA authorization date, whichever applies.  All returned products must be shipped in their original packaging with the original foam protectors.  The use of packing peanuts is strictly prohibited. Any return shipped using packing peanuts will automatically void the warranty.

If a part is returned because of non-defective reasons or FuserNow is determined not to be at fault, a 20% of the purchase price (or $20 minimum) restocking fee (whichever is higher), will apply when the item is received in original condition.  Requests for non-defective returns must be submitted and approved within 30 days after item is originally received. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the return.

All damage, shortage or discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a claim. If an item is refused upon delivery, customer takes 100% responsibility for payment of the return shipping back to us.

Upon receipt of a returned product, our Quality Control team will inspect the item to determine whether the product is eligible for a warranty claim. If the product does not qualify under our warranty policy, we will contact you with an explanation and return the product at your expense or dispose of the product at your discretion.

We strive to provide the quickest shipping turnaround and most of our orders ship the SAME DAY. We ship by FedEx, USPS and various freight carriers. We follow your shipping instructions carefully and we also do Blind Drop Ship.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping to addresses within the lower 48 states. Expedited and Express Shipping options are also available. Rates will be provided at time of checkout or contact us to get a quote.
