Product Warranty and Returns

Products carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified. However, if you return your old fuser assembly (called a “core”) to us within 30 days of purchase of our fuser assembly or maintenance kit, your warranty will be extended to 6-month as a bonus.

If a warranty situation exists, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not warranty any OEM products. The warranty does not cover the damage resulting from the use or inability to use our products. If a part is returned because of non-defective reasons or FuserNow is not at fault, a 20% of the purchase price (or $20 minimum) restocking fee (whichever is higher) will apply when the item is received in original condition. And, such a return request must be filed and approved within 30 days after item is originally received. All damage, shortage or discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a claim. If an item is refused upon delivery, customer takes 100% responsibility for payment of the return shipping back to us.

Shipping

We strive to provide the quickest shipping turnaround and most of our orders ship the SAME DAY. We ship by FedEx, USPS and various freight carriers. We follow your shipping instructions carefully and we also do Blind Drop Ship.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping to addresses within the lower 48 states. Expedited and Express Shipping options are also available. Rates will be provided at time of checkout or contact us to get a quote.
